All orders received before 12 noon (Monday to Friday) are typically sent out the same day, orders received after 12 noon, or over a weekend are sent out the next working day.

For you to receive our quality products at a great price we use Royal Mail (supporting our local post office). Postage cost is calculated based on weight and unlike some suppliers we do not supplement our product prices by overcharging for delivery. Depending on the weight of your order you have options ranging from second class and first class post, standard parcels and for large orders a courier.

All goods are well packaged, and in the unlikely event of something being damaged or lost, are insured by the post office.

To process payments we use PayPal, please ensure the address you have supplied is correct. PremiumCarCare will not be held responsible for loss or delay of goods to addresses supplied incorrectly by customers. To prevent fraud we may at our discretion choose only to send to a confirmed address or we may ask you to provide additional proof of identification and address.
