HD Wax is Fantastic stuff!! Simply put my 5 year old car now looks the best it ever has. I bought HD Wax about a month ago on the recommendation of my
neighbour whose car looks great. I decided to give my car a properly good wash before applying the HD Wax, so started off with the Autoglym Shampoo,
then a quick wipe down with a flexi blade and then mopped up the last few spots of water with a cloth before moving on to applying the HD Wax.
Firstly, the packaging alone on the HD Wax is almost enough to justify the purchase price. Upon opening the box you know you're using a quality
product. You get 2 wax applicator pads which are already pre-moistened in their own re-sealable bag, you get a microfibre finishing cloth (which cost
a few pounds on their own) and the all important tub of HD Wax in a re-sealable twist lid tub. The wax went on very easily, the applicator pads used
minimal amounts of the wax, and it took me about 25 minutes to fully cover my Golf. Following the instructions, I left the wax on for a short time
before polishing off with the microfibre cloth to reveal the most fantastic finish my car has ever had. The car didn't look this good when I bought
it 3 years ago. Water beading has been great and dirt doesn't stick to the car so easily, so washing it was a lot easier. I left it about 2 weeks
before deciding that it was dirty enough to warrant washing! I used to sing the praises of Mer as I liked the simplicity of washing and waxing all
in one, but HD Wax has converted me. I won't be using any other type of wax on the car for a very long time and going by the small amount i've used so
far I'd say the wax will last me a few years anyway!
