A: Autoglym are recomended by Jaguar, Aston Martin and McLaren! We use the products ourselves to test them out, and only sell the best.

Q: I have a question can I phone you?

A: We are online retail only, please submit your questions through our 'contact us' facility. We try to answer your questions within 24hrs.

Q: Can I trust you?

A: Yes! Our shopping system is driven by Paypal so you have their security, delivery is guaranteed by the post office, and as we trade a limited ammount on eBay you can look at our rating: eBay rating

Q: I don't have a credit card, can I pay you some other way?

A: Yes. We can accept Paypal and cheques by special arrangement. For cheques we have to do a manual order, please use our 'contact us' facility, state what you want to buy and we will email you an order and information on sending the cheque.

Q: I've seen the same product cheaper can you price match?

A: Use our 'contact us' feature, state the website you spotted the product (if possible paste in the URL) and we will do our best to match the price; we will take into account shipping costs etc.

Q: How do I place an order?

A: Ordering from us could not be more simple. After selecting the product and size, simply click the buy button next to the product you wish to purchase. This item is then added to you shopping basket - powered by PayPal.

When you are finished shopping, click the Checkout button located on the top right of the screen.

You will now be taken to the PayPal checkout where you enter your postal address, and you choose to pay with your Paypal Account, Debit or Credit card. Either way your details are encrypted and your purchase security is backed by PayPal's guarantee (click here for PayPal details).
