All orders received before 12 noon (business days only) are sent out the same day, orders received after 12 noon, or over a weekend are sent out the next working day.
For you to receive our quality products at a great price all items are sent out through Royal Mail (second class post - supporting our local post office).
Postage cost is per item, calculated based on weight and unlike some suppliers we do not supplement our product prices by overcharging for delivery.
